Why Do You Even Need These Tools?

Let’s break it down and explain why each tool in the digital marketing funnel toolkit made the cut—and what to consider if you’re choosing your own.

🧠 Blog Content AI

Creating content without showing your face doesn’t mean skipping quality. You still need SEO-friendly posts that rank, attract traffic, and support your affiliate links or products.

What I use:
👉 Koala AI – From $9/month
Koala is built for bloggers. It lets you input a keyword, generates a clean outline, and outputs a no-fluff, SEO-optimized blog post. I use it for batching posts that work for search engines and readers. You can even push posts directly to WordPress.

Why stealth creators need to add this to their digital marketing toolkit:
No on-camera content. No expensive writers. Just AI-assisted blogging that gets the job done, quietly.

Other options:

  • Jasper – Powerful, brand-friendly copy but starts at $49/mo
  • Writesonic – Flexible tool with AI-driven SEO tools from $16/mo
  • Copy.ai – Free tier available, good for social copy more than blogs

🔍 SEO Optimization

You can’t grow traffic on autopilot without understanding what Google actually wants. That’s where SEO tools come in—to help you format your posts and find low-competition keywords.

What I use:
👉 Clickrank.ai – From $17/month
This tool gives me the ranking score on how my blog posts. It suggests keyword improvements, competitive phrases, and helps me build topical clusters that actually work. It also has the AI interface that means i can click one button and it automatically updates my blog with the changes! (which is actually the biggest time saver in maxing my SEO game)

Why stealth creators need to add this to their digital marketing toolkit:
Because shouting louder doesn’t work in search. Formatting and strategy do. Clickrank helps you build quietly and efficiently.

Other options:

  • Surfer SEO – Advanced optimizer, from $29/mo
  • RankIQ – Beginner-friendly keyword research, $49/mo
  • Ubersuggest – All-round tool, starts at $29/mo

🌐 Hosting & WordPress

If you’re running a stealth blog or product hub, you need hosting that’s stable, affordable, and doesn’t sell your data or upsell you to death.

What I use:
👉 Asura Hosting – From AUD $2.50/month
It’s fast, reliable, and dirt cheap for Australians. Has free SSL and other neat addons that other make you pay a lot more for. It works great with WordPress, lets me manage my blog quietly in the background, and doesn’t spam me with upsells.

Why stealth creators need to add this to their digital marketing toolkit:
You don’t need enterprise-level tech—just a stable base for your blog, freebies, and redirect pages.

Other options:

  • GoDaddy – Starts at $7.99/month, but lots of upsells
  • Namecheap – Great for domains and simple hosting, wordpress hosting = $10/month
  • Hostinger – Strong performance, from $2.99/month

✉️ Email Marketing Platform

You need to nurture traffic once it lands. That’s where email comes in—sending freebies, soft-sell sequences, and product updates without chasing anyone in DMs.

What I use:
👉 MailerLite – Free for up to 1,000 subscribers, from $10/month after
It integrates with Systeme.io, has automation, and doesn’t overwhelm you with confusing dashboards. I use it for my quiz results, freebie delivery, and evergreen welcome sequences.

Why stealth creators need to add this to their digital marketing toolkit:
Email gives you control. Even if TikTok or Pinterest disappears, your list stays with you.

Other options:

  • Mailchimp – Free up to 500 subs, clunky but popular
  • Beehiiv – Clean newsletter style, from $42/month
  • Moosend – Solid automation, from $9/month

📊 Analytics

You can’t improve what you don’t track. I keep it simple: track where people land, how long they stay, and whether they’re engaging.

What I use:
👉 Google Analytics (GA4) – Free
Perfect for tracking blog visits, Pinterest traffic, UTM campaigns, and time on page. I use GA4 to monitor where my organic traffic comes from and which posts lead to clicks.

Why stealth creators need to add this to their digital marketing toolkit:
Because you can’t trust vibes. You need data to know if your funnel is working.

Other options:

  • Matomo – Privacy-focused alternative, from $0 (self-hosted)
  • Fathom – Simple UI, $14/month
  • Plausible – Clean analytics from $9/month

🔎 Search Performance

You don’t need paid tools to know what’s working in Google. You just need to look at your queries, positions, and impressions.

What I use:
👉 Google Search Console – Free
It tells me exactly what people are typing into Google that leads them to my site. From there, I create content that builds on what’s already working.

Why stealth creators need to add this to their digital marketing toolkit:
You’ll never know what Google sees unless you look. This tool shows how your faceless blog is actually performing.

Other options:

  • Ahrefs Webmaster Tools – Free version of a powerful tool
  • Bing Webmaster Tools – Similar for Bing search traffic
  • SEOptimer – SEO audit reports, free & paid

🎨 Digital Product, Image & Video Creation

Whether I’m designing a Pinterest pin or an opt-in freebie, I do it all inside Canva.

What I use:
👉 Canva Pro – Free basic plan, Pro from $20/month
It saves me hours every week. I build all my templates in Canva, from TikTok carousels to affiliate download PDFs. Batch mode is a lifesaver.

Why stealth creators need to add this to their digital marketing toolkit:
Design still matters. But you don’t need to hire a designer.

Other options:

  • Visme – Great for data visualizations
  • Adobe Express – Simpler alternative to Photoshop
  • HubSpot Canva Integration – Free for CRM users

🚀 Marketing Funnels & Delivery

This is the engine room of the Miss K funnel. Pages, emails, payments—it’s all handled in one quiet place.

What I use:
👉 Systeme.io – Free tier available, upgrades from $27/month
I host my lead magnets, tripwires, ebook checkouts, upsells, and email sequences here. It’s the one tool I’d keep if everything else disappeared. One of the only ones i found that allows you to run a free funnel but with the ability to grow and upgrade as you start getting success.

Why stealth creators need to add this to their digital marketing toolkit:
Because building a funnel should take you a weekend, not a month.

Other options:

  • GoHighLevel – Advanced CRM and features, starts at $97/month
  • Podia – Great for courses and coaching offers
  • ConvertKit – Excellent for creators, but more expensive

📣 Social Posting & Automation

I use social content to build awareness and direct traffic—without spending all day in an app.

What I use:
👉 Mavic – Free tier available, upgrades from $49/month
It helps me batch TikToks, instagram and facebook, track performance, and schedule content without logging into every platform daily. One of the only platforms that can schedule Tik Tok personal accounts. Has more social platforms other than those above, thats just what i use personally. AI content builder with brand alignment is GOLD for me.

Other options:

  • Later – Solid scheduler with visual calendar
  • Metricool – Includes analytics and TikTok planner
  • Notion – Great for content mapping and task flow
